We are looking for a team member to join our specialized department, in a mid-sized law firm. You will be a positive and energetic person with a pleasant telephone manner and excellent people skills. You will be fluent in English and have excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail and you are always punctual.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promptly answer incoming calls in a professional, polite, upbeat, and articulate manner with a consistent emphasis on superior customer service and attention.
Provide information, and answers to inquiries, as needed.
Input data in a timely and accurate manner into our database.
Assisting team members with daily tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Professional personal presentation and customer-service oriented
Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Type 41- 60 wpm
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
