Real Estate Receptionist – Vaughan – Royal LePage Professionals

We are a fast-paced real estate office with friendly professionals and a team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a top-notch receptionist to help perform the following:

Reception duties – greet agents/clients, answer telephones, direct or page calls to recipients
Broker Load – input MLS listing date, verify compliance, process new listing internal documents and maintain listing files, etc.
Legal Documents — preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms
Marketing Material – Assist with the preparation of Feature Sheets, Just Listed/Just Sold, Listing Packages, etc.
Photocopying and filing
Admin support to Management
Ensuring the office is tidy and presentable
Ad hoc duties as needed
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year experience in a real estate office to be considered. They must also be presentable, personable, detail-oriented and good at multi-tasking.
