About the Role:
The Program Coordinator ensures the careful planning and detailed execution of 3fold’s product and service delivery, as well as our internal program calendar. Working with our clients, delivery team, internal partners, and vendors, you create and run the logistics of the program plan while ensuring excellent communication and integrity of execution. Your success is when our delivery team brings increasing value to 3fold’s brand through our client engagements, internal program, and marketing.

The Heart of Our Program:
As the owner and operator of 3fold’s client-facing service delivery and internal program calendars, you are one of our team’s best and probably most dynamic communicators. Accountable for all program and delivery scheduling, you support our delivery team with overall logistics, travel, and project coordination at 3fold. Our people will rely on you to support key parts of our company’s culture and development, including new employee and contractor training, vision and goals, professional development, success meetings, and team wellness.

Relationship and Brand Experience:
Your work actively creates the 3fold client experience. You lead our client education initiatives, owning all inbound and outbound program correspondence while maintaining clear and friendly relationships. Whether digitally or in person, 3fold strives to set up warm, inviting meeting and program spaces that support the effective delivery of our products and services. Your work sets up our delivery team to bring increasing value to 3fold’s brand through the content of our client engagements.

Delivered With Integrity:
3fold’s products and services are constantly being designed, developed, and honed to convey maximum value to our clients. Your work in product strategy, research, design, and delivery processes actively contributes to the ongoing design, development, and delivery of our products and services. Your leadership in the areas of technology, tools, resources, supplies, and logistics is vital to the successful operation of the delivery side of 3fold’s business. You also contribute to our delivery team in support of 3fold’s program and delivery strategies: creating surveys and coordinating program launches while drafting, publishing, and distributing program materials.

Cultivating Community:
Working with marketing support, you will offer valuable insight as the owner of our quality assurance and feedback systems. Your direction is also welcome as 3fold’s product marketing initiatives lead. As 3fold’s relationship management lead, you support and coordinate 3fold’s marketing strategy, community of practice, external communication, social media, and events. Your real-time knowledge of our clients and programs will also be valuable to our sales department through your support of 3fold’s client acquisition strategy.
Organization Collaboration
Our programming requires a certain volume of physical materials and you will support program inventory management as part of your overall responsibilities in program reception. Your consistency with program information management and filing contributes valuable support to the company’s overall administration and operation.
Setting Up For Success
As the owner of 3fold’s client and program vendor relationships, you support our ongoing business recap, budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes, as well as all agreements and insurance required to deliver our work at facilities or through platforms.

Other Details:
The Program Coordinator will work remotely to start. As in-person service delivery to our clients expands and our team moves back into a physical office space, the Program Coordinator will be invited to also work at our Metro Vancouver office.
