This role is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of equipment for customers in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Safely operate equipment and semi-trucks and trailers. Able to suggest additional equipment needs to customer, as well as any additional supplies that may be needed.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures
Knowledge of GPS, QUALCOMM mobile communications system and ability to read maps
Maintain a clean driver’s record and diligent attention to safety
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

ESSENTIAL AND NON-ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver and pick-up equipment as required at each destination
Maintain accurate driver log in compliance with DOT regulations
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
At least one year of related experience

WORKING CONDITION/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work environment is consistent with that of construction equipment yard and repair shop
Safety training and PPE is required
Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stooping
