Responsibilities:
Schedule training programs
Promote services to clients
Prepare training program certificates
Monitor and manage online training services
Assist training program developers
Assist other departments with special projects as required
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Strong administration and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong computer skills. Website management and social media skills would be an asset
Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to exercise good judgment and diplomacy
Capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Graphic design and photo management would be an asset
Post-Secondary education is required
Office Administration Diploma (or Certificate) would be considered an asset
General knowledge of the offshore oil and gas industry would be an asset
