Role Details, Salary and Benefits:
Full-time contract, 40 hours per week
Pay range: $21 – $24, depending on the experience
Company paid health/wellbeing benefits available after 6 months of full-time employment
Waste audit and safety training along with proper PPE

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the planning, field work, and data reporting of all assigned waste audits:
Supervise waste audits including team management, load tracking, sample extraction, sorting, and data entry
Effectively manage the waste audit team, to establish and maintain a productive and positive working environment for all team members
Ensure all sample materials are tracked/extracted/sorted accurately according to their source
Provide support writing audit reports where required
Participate in the continuous improvement of the WRG business and waste audit processes by bringing forward ideas and suggestions to improve waste audits
Act as a liaison between the Corporation and Customers as required.

Ideal candidates would have these assets:
Post-secondary degree/diploma in an environmental discipline or equivalent experience/accreditation
1+ years of experience in conducting waste audits and report writing
Have a valid driver’s license
Own CSA-approved steel-toed boots
Successful candidates must meet these requirements:
Ability to get to the GTA job sites via car
Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs, be willing and able to perform physical labour
Able to work well in a team; positive and friendly attitude
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
