Inventory Clerk – Saint Laurent – Conglom Inc

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Inventory Clerk will perform regular data entry functions in recording inventory transactions as well as maintaining efficient work procedures with inventory analysts. Works closely with other departments providing continuous flow of information and ensuring close follow ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create new items and maintain item data in GP;
Work with product development, QC, and purchasing to obtain all relevant item info needed for GP;
Develop reports to follow all relevant item information;
Deal with all Conglom locations to handle bin locations, active items and bin quantities;
Maintain item creation sheets including item specifications;
Develop and print reports for inventory as needed by Operations;
Perform regularly weekly scheduled audited inventory cycle counts for each Conglom warehouse;
Maintain all inventory audit data according to an approved SOP developed with our accountants;
Perform inventory adjustments as required;
Coordinate annual yearend inventory with our accountants, warehouse personnel, IT and our financial controller.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
DEC;
Strong MS Office knowledge of: Excel, Word, & Outlook;
Good math skills;
Bilingual;
Knowledge of GP / Microsoft Dynamics is an asset;
Organized;
Able to work independently;
Resourceful and a quick learner;
Able to travel across the country when required.
