Immigration Legal Assistant – Montreal – Keyork Immigration Law

Description of Position:
Client Communication
Answering client inquiries via phone and email;
Booking consultations;
Performing client intakes;

File Management
Completing immigration forms;
Drafting correspondence;
Preparation of litigation documentation and court runs;

Office Administration
Basic accounting and bookkeeping duties;
Basic marketing duties related to social media, newsletter and website;

Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or equivalent/related diploma;
1-2 years experience in Canadian immigration law;
Fluency in English and French;
Additional languages an asset;
Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
Detail oriented;
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Start date: September 15, 2016
