an exciting opportunity to incubate a business which will retrofit homes and community spaces with cold storage rooms. Cold storage rooms provide a time tested method of passive food storage, and in these times of stress on our food supply chain there has never been a better time for this business model. Are you a highly motivated person, with demonstrated experience in renovation/construction who wants to start their own business?

Transition Guelph will provide:
Mentorship, both from our partners at Innovation Guelph & directly from TG
Wage support until the programme is off the ground
Some of the necessary tools

The successful candidate will have:
Skills in renovation/construction
Ability to work independently
Willing to work collaboratively with Board members and lead volunteers
Ability to lead workshops
Good customer relations skills
Desire to start and manage your own business
