The Facility Allocations Clerk (FAC) is part of a team responsible for providing optimum, barrier-free client service through a centralized one-stop approach and is responsible for providing quality and accessible municipal services in response to the needs of the client. Service is provided in the most efficient and effective manner possible, with minimal referrals to other staff. The FAC also performs general reception and information services for the allocations unit and the city.
Required qualifications, licenses and certificates include: Business Management/Administration Diploma coupled with a minimum of two (2) years related municipal experience, Occupational First Aid Level I and a valid Class 5 B.C. Drivers’ Licence.
