Job Opportunity:  Executive Assistant to the CEO

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will have top-notch communication, technical, and administrative skills, plus the ability to maintain confidentiality and make sound decisions.

To be considered as a potential candidate, you will have a certificate or diploma in office/business administration plus five years’ of relevant experience providing executive level support.  You have exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office, including extensive schedule management through Outlook.  Through your experience, you have highly developed organization and time management skills providing you the ability to prioritize multiple, conflicting, and highly time-sensitive tasks.  You possess the flexibility to support the CEO’s busy and often changing schedule, readily accept additional responsibilities, and are adaptable in a fast-paced environment.  You are dedicated to high standards of quality balanced with integrity, quality judgement, and excellent decision-making abilities. If you possess above-average interpersonal skills, are naturally adept at managing internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders, then this may be an exciting opportunity for you.  Prior experience working in a similar public sector environment or bilingualism would be considered an asset.
