Executive Assistant to the CEO – MRKTBOX – Hamilton ON

Position Overview

The successful candidate will use their expertise to coordinate and manage scheduling, prepare and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans, and support board meetings.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate management needs. The candidate is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel, and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

Skillset and Background
3 to 5 years experience in supporting a senior management person
Excellent computer skills, including MS and Google’s suite
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills

Administration Assistant Responsibilities
Manage schedule for co-founders, Justin Abbiss & Roger Abbiss
Draft, review, & send communications on behalf of company management
Organize and prepare meetings,
Answer and respond to inquiries – communicate messages and information to management
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements
Maintain various records and documents for company management
We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the co-founders of MRKTBOX. This role will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans, and support board meetings and the preparation of board materials.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
