Corporate Knights Inc. is seeking an energetic and personable multi-tasker and organizational wizard to support the CEO in business development, sales, partnerships, special research projects, as well as office administrative tasks.

Job Description
Sales and Partnerships Support (30-50% depending on time of year)
Work directly with CEO to assist in managing relationships and partnerships
Ensure that advertising and sponsorship materials are delivered on time
Maintain subscription and sales databases
Special Projects (30-50% depending on time of year)
Assist in the collection of research and data
Design and create presentations
Administrative (20%)
Be the first point of contact in the company for visitors and phone calls
Provide support for events and arrange logistics
Manage CEO calendar
Prepare and send out invoices
Ensure adequate levels of office supplies
Other general administrative duties

Strong written and oral communications skills
Self-starter who takes initiative
Passion and ethos for sustainability
Some design skills beneficial
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines
