Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordination and implementation of administrative processes to improve workflow;
Calendar management for the Director;
Organization of office activities (meetings, events…);
Establishment of metrics and Key Performance Indicators for performance tracking;
Prepare reports and presentations for management team;
Summarize notes from meetings;
Conduct research on the market, competition and commercial opportunities;
Negotiation with providers and cost optimization (car rentals, office supplies…);
Planning and coordination of activities with charity associations;
Represent the Director during specific events with other organizations;
Assist the Director in recruitment activities (screening, phone interview, scheduling);
Coordination of social media advertising; and
First point of contact for Toronto and NY headquarters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field;
Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy firm;
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures; proficiency with Key Performance Indicators for performance tracking;
Typing speed of min. 50 words per minute;
Prior experience working with elaboration and monitoring of huge databases.
Wage: CAD$46,750 annually
Full time, temporary position, 2 year position with 37.5 hours per week
