Responsibilities
Perform EnerGuide Rating System home energy evaluations – D and E assessments.
Educate homeowners on energy efficiency upgrades they can implement to help improve the efficiency, comfort, and environmental performance of their home
Educate homeowners on potential rebates and loans
Upload DCFs and photos to a centralized software system
Experience & Requirements
Licensed REA with a minimum of 1-year experience or 100 files completed
EXCELLENT customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of building science and rebate programs (HER+, Canada Greener Homes)
Attention to detail, professional approach to being an REA
Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software programs
Own REA insurance policy
Police check to be provided to NRCan
Own transportation with valid driver’s license, a good driving record and insurance
Own cell phone, computer with Windows operating system and tools
