Customer Service Representative – Toronto – Nationwide Home Comfort Inc

We are a growing HVAC company which specializes in HVAC equipment, sales, installation and servicing for both commercial and residential properties. We have been in operation since September of 2015. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and we always strive to meet the needs of our individual customers.

Job Responsibility
Demonstrated track record of sales success
Responsible to run both company furnished and self-generated leads and follow up
Deal directly with customers, building relationships that are mutually beneficial
Developing new/existing customer relations
Maintain accurate customer files and data base
Fill out weekly activity report
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Mandatory Availability: Full-Time

Qualification and Skills:
Must own vehicle
Prior sales experience and asset
Excellent customer service skills
Highly motivated
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and a part of a team
Demonstrated negotiation, sales and leadership abilities
