J. Wright Sales Ltd. is a manufacturing sales agency in Atlantic Canada representing some very well known and respected manufacturers in the plumbing and lumber & building industries. J. Wright Sales has been proudly servicing our region for over 30 years. At our Fredericton Head Office, we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Estimator to add to our team.

Primary Responsibility

Provide customer service to both our manufacturers and customers through various activities.
Duties include answering customer calls and communication through email to assist our clients  and help find solutions.
Work closely with our manufactures to help our customers.
Identify new opportunities within key customers for revenue growth.
Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers.
Preparation of quotes.
Liaise with manufacturers & customers to ensure a smooth and efficient quotation process.

Qualifications:

Strong technical aptitude, along with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to  include: Word, Outlook and Excel.
Able to excel working independently, in a fast-paced environment.
Detail orientated, multitasking, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer focused personality.
Demonstrates strong level of accountability and ownership.
Team Player with strong relationship building skills.
High degree of initiative; self-starter.
