SeaFirst Insurance is currently looking for dynamic Customer Service Representatives for our expanding offices.
Customer Service Representatives provide sales and service to our clients with Personal Lines, Automobile and Travel Insurance. We offer full-time work (5 days a week), Monday – Saturday, with no evening or Sunday shifts.
Who You Are:
You are outgoing and passionate about customer service and have a desire to provide our clients with your outstanding sales and service abilities. You have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a customer driven office environment.
You have:
A minimum of one year related insurance experience;
Experience selling and servicing personal lines accounts;
Training in Auto Plan; and
A Level 1 Broker License.
The Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representatives provide sales and service to our clients with Personal Lines, Automobile and Travel Insurance. These positions offer full time (5 days a week) day shift hours, Monday – Saturday.
We are one of the largest independent property and casualty brokerage firms on Vancouver Island, with offices in Brentwood Bay, Saanichton, Sidney, Oak Bay, the Westshore, Salt Spring Island, and Pender Island.
