We’re seeking Full Time CSR’s for our growing company.
Our company culture is fast-paced, fun loving and friendly so we seek like minded individuals.

This position is for appointment setting – no cold calls, no sales and no sales quotas.

This position is paid hourly, starting at $13.00/hr. We also have an impressive bonus structure that is implemented immediately. Benefits package available after 1 year of employment.

Working days are Mon-Fri and the very occasional Saturday.
Shifts generally start at 8:30 am, and end at 5:00 pm.

For this position, you must be fluent in English and have refined customer service etiquette.

The ability to speak in Cantonese / Mandarin – Spanish or French is a huge asset but not mandatory.

For this position, you must:
Have a positive attitude
Be energetic
Be a self starter
Handle rejection well
Be able to work with minimum supervision
Have an impressive telephone presence
Be able to sit for long periods of time
Have basic computer experience (our systems are all fully computerized)
Reside within the greater Vancouver area.
