Customer Service and Warehouse Support – Fairware – Vancouver BC

Responsibilities:
Online Store Order Management:
Manage all store inboxes
Schedule pick and pack of all orders, ensuring client expectations are met
Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Forward special inquiries to appropriate Account Manager
Manage package returns and exchanges, following client specific procedures
Coordinate sample returns with suppliers
Manage inventory of left-over kits/merchandise
Submit inventory re-orders in our cloud-based order management system

Warehouse responsibilities:
Participate in inventory counts
Pick and pack orders
Receive and count incoming inventory and other product orders
Prepare Shipping labels
Participate in team meetings and assisting with special projects as needed.

You are comfortable working in Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud based programs.
You have at least 2 years related experience
Experience with Shopify and/or similar online platforms and asset
