The role of Corporate Secretary is mostly responsible for assisting with the President of the company in the overall management of the real estate development and sales as well as corporate financing:
Liaising with corporate officials and with other organizations and associations on behalf of President, other executives and boards of directors
Planning and evaluating policies, plans and strategies for the company and making reports to the President
Analyzing incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports and preparing and coordinating the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reporting to President and boards of directors
Working with board of directors on corporate financing for the purpose of maximizing shareholder value through long-term and short-term financial planning and the implementation of various strategies
Understanding the real estate market in nationwide and within Saskatchewan and possessing the skills to present the company’s real estate development projects to potential investors
Assisting with the executives to set up and implement the marketing strategy to promote the sales of the company’s real estate projects
Communicating with existing and potential Chinese investors explaining the details of real estate investment plans and schedules
Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports to President and boards of directors
Preparing agendas and making arrangements for board and other meetings
Qualification and Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or Public Administration is required;
3+ year Executive Assistant experience;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Availability to take business trips, both domestic and international;
Knowledge of real estate development and sales is required;
Knowledge of corporate financing is an asset.?
Compensation:
Hourly rate between $22.00-$26.00 depends on experiences and seniority; and
bonus is available depends on job performance.
