Corporate Receptionist required for downtown financial client.
As the receptionist you will be responsible for opening and closing of reception; greeting incoming guests; dealing with incoming calls (receiving, transferring, and redirecting); scheduling boardrooms; organizing and planning catering for meetings; coordinating courier packages (nationally and internationally); organize and sort incoming mail; and other administrative duties as required.
You will also be responsible for arranging for office supplies and services.
Candidates must have at least 5 years’ corporate reception experience, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in dealing with all levels of senior management.
Must be a highly organized individual and be able to prioritize and multi-task.
