RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Community Services Coordinator, the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of the delivery of the Meals on Wheels Program including:
Providing customer service to clients
Complete client intake including assessment and eligibility for the Meals on Wheels Program
Schedule and confirm clients and volunteers
Assist with problems encountered in the field.
Produce and edit a variety of correspondence.
Conduct client surveys and compile into a report.
QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications for this position are 1-2 years post secondary school, currently a full-time student and registered to return to school in September, 2019. Other skills and assets include:
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Work, Excel, Power Point)
A valid Driver’s Licence, “G” Class
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Hourly rate: $14.00
WORKING CONDITIONS
Duties are principally conducted in a shared office setting in a comfortable and friendly work environment, located in Brantford. Hours of work are based on 30 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. The successful candidate for this positon must be able to work a flexible work period. Domestic travel within the Brantford area.
Please note that there is no relocation package for this position.
