Position Summary
We are seeking a communications, design, marketing, and social media whiz to join our team. Reporting to the Engagement Manager, the Communications Coordinator will support the whole team on a wide range of communications projects, and help to compellingly articulate our impact. While our specific initiatives continually evolve in response to emerging priorities, we are currently very active on engaging eaters, farmers, and policy makers on climate solutions through their food choices and food production systems. This includes shooting and editing videos, doing interviews, designing fact sheets and graphics, and rolling content out across platforms. We are also very focussed on seed security, engaging farmers and the public to develop a thriving ecological seed sector in BC.
