The Bilingual Customer Service Fraud agent handles disputes that cardholders may have with regards to transactions on their accounts.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes inbound calls from other queues with dispute or fraud related questions.
Respond to disputes or fraud related situations and questions situations
Provide information on credit limit, balance and payment information
Answer questions on transactions and statements
Provide information on fees, charges and annual membership fees
Process demographic information changes
Provide information about products and services offered
Use retention training to help retain existing accounts
Make outbound calls as required to resolve disputes with merchants (on behalf of customer)
Work in the outbound queues to contact customers to confirm activity/changes on the account.
Unlock PIN numbers
Follow-up with tasks that needed to be pended waiting for response

So what do you need?
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bilingual in French/English
1 years of customer service experience (call centre preferred but not required)
Shift Flexibility
Undergo an onsite Criminal and Credit Background Check prior to hire.
