Our client, a leading manufacturer, is currently seeking a Assistant Plant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and running day-to-day operations, responsible for production output, product quality and shipping, develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time/permanent position.

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education or technical training
5-7 years progressive managerial experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Excellent Knowledge CNC Milling
Previous experience in a precision tooling environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

Salary: $65,000+ per year
