Responsibilities include:
Retail operations –opening, closing, merchandising, inventory management, store promotions.
Effectively leading and mentoring supervisors and associates to provide exceptional customer service.
Using process improvement tools and technology to promote continuous improvement.
Leadership and HR functions –recruitment, performance management, career development, employee engagement, leading meetings.
Qualifications:
Energetic, enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
Understanding of the importance of customers–focus in attaining business goals.
A combination of business training and customer service experience is preferred.
