Administrative Assistant – Montreal – Landmark Group

We Are Looking for an Admin Assistant for a real estate and mortgage agency!

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain teams schedule.
Maintaining Client data base
Maintaining client relationships
Answer phones, book and confirm appointments.
Follow up with clients on missing documents/signatures and Filing.
Updating Website and Social Media information.
Event planning

Qualifications
Personable and professional.
Able to multitask and detailed oriented.
Organization is a must
High level of initiative and self-directed.
Excellent command of English and French language.
Ability to type 50+ WPM
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop and Social Networking
Basic knowledge of HTML an asset
Real Estate and finance admin experience definitely is an asset.

Hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
