We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our downtown Halifax location. The successful candidate will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills when supporting a diverse group across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support
Liaise between staff and external IT providers/Telecommunication providers
Assist in bid preparation and submissions
Ensure Health, Safety and Environment reporting functions are maintained
Conduct internal audits
Ensure all services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Provide regular back-up coverage for reception

High level of attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and prioritizing ability
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years’ experience as an administrative assistant
Post-secondary education
Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Excellent business writing skills
Experience working in an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization is an asset
