Our client, a highly recognized marketing/advertising company, is in search of an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent, with related post secondary education
Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking
2 years experience in an administrative role
Experience in the marketing/advertising industry is an asset
Consistently meet deadlines within a fast paced working environment
Extreme attention to detail; very punctual
Fluency in English and Tagalog is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven written and verbal
Professional and mature individual with sound work ethic and positive attitude
Types 60+ WPM
Advance level of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Follow up with clients documentation
Review, complete and submit online application forms
Utilize computerized word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and support staff
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Answer phones promptly and use good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
Complete other projects and duties as assigned
Assists with resume and cover letter creation, restructure and editing
Attend resume consultation procedures with consultant
Write, proofread and edit documents and articles
Effectively coordinate tasks and evaluate performance of team members
Act as key custodian; responsible for opening and closing the office door
Salary: $13 Hourly
Hours: Available between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday and some Saturdays)
