Administrative Assistant – Burlington – PSG Canada Inc

Burlington Ontario-based performance improvement, training and consulting firm requires bilingual administrative coordinator support (bilingual woudl be an asset). Major responsibilities include providing administrative support to project managers and project coordinators. Duties include supporting the completion of various project elements, liaising with various suppliers, formatting and proofing English and French training materials, preparing items for shipping, and other miscellaneous reception tasks.

Qualification Criteria Required for this Position:
Excellent English communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing (French woudl be an asset)
Detail oriented and superior organizational and time management skills
Post secondary education preferred
Superior computer skills and strong/expert level in working with MS Office software
Some work experience in an office environment
