Accounting Clerk and Admin Support
Your tasks:
Full cycle accounts payable: receive/verify invoices, code, process in SAP, post
Verify and process employee travel expenses
Verify and process company credit cards
Liaise with internal and external customers (i.e. Vendors, accounting department in Montreal/Germany)
Create/update vendor accounts
Other general office duties as assigned (Administration support for Customer Relations and Human Resources Department)
Your Qualifications:
Completion of Business/Office Administration program and/or a minimum of two years’ comparable work experience
Strong oral and written communication skills in English (French would be an asset)
Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Lotus Notes or SAP would be considered an asset
Ability to multi-task and deliver deadlines in a demanding environment
Accounts payable and/or journal feed experience an asset
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
