Airport Maintainer
The Municipality of Rankin Inlet is seeking a full-time Airport Maintainer. The Airport Maintainer is responsible for the maintenance of airport facilities, runway, apron and all taxiways under the Direction of the Airport Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications Required Include:
Minimum grade 10 or equivalent required.
must possess or obtain a valid Nunavut Class 3, with air brake endorsement, Driver’s License.
Airside vehicle operator’s permit, radio license (will be required to take a test to obtain the permits).
Effective verbal, written, and listening skills.
Capable/willing of being on call.
Willing to work various hours of operation.
