Immediate Opening for a Service Manager at our Truro location

Our growing company currently operates three Blueline New Holland branches in Nova Scotia with locations in Truro, Kentville, and Lawrencetown.

This full-time position will be to efficiently and effectively manage the development and direction of the Service Department, to increase revenue, technical productivity, quality assurance and promote a high level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining safety.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a mechanical/technical field preferred and /or business administration
Previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities.
Agricultural background would be an asset
Effective leadership abilities
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Must be available to work 1/2 days on scheduled Saturdays during summer months
