Job Scope

Berryhill Recruitment and Staffing Agency is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who can accomplish local, provincial and international business development goals as well as to create and manage client relationships through networking and participation in the professional arena. Through various marketing techniques, the perfect job candidate will be able to carry out effective research and reporting; develop sound marketing strategies; implement sales and advertising plans; and coordinate with the agents in the various provinces and internationally to maximize client satisfaction. In addition, the Sales and Marketing Manager should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively promote the company’s services meeting both long term and short term goals in addition to ensuring a consistent and quality service.

Job Duties

Market Research
Analyze market strategies
Implementation of advertising programs
Create and develop market and advertising media including promotional packages and advertisements
Client management: Sustain consistent rapport with clients to effectively meet business objectives
Establish and administer accurate marketing strategies to boost sales including cold calling, workshops and meeting with potential clients
Continuous improvement for marketability and profitability of services
Keep up to date with current Labour Market information and current events that effect employment patterns locally, provincially and worldwide
Evaluate both local and international markets to pinpoint labour shortages and recruitment opportunities
Work with recruitment personnel to ensure the best placements for labour

Skills and Education Requirements

University Degree in Business Administration or related field *** Specialization in Economics or International Relations/Development (Preferred but not required)
At least 3 years’ experience (paid or volunteer) in a Sales/ Marketing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of market- based presentations
Knowledge and experience dealing with international markets is an asset
Fluent in English with exceptional linguistic abilities
