Scotsburn Ice Cream Company, a leading manufacturer of ice cream and novelties in Canada, is accepting applications for part-time positions at its production facility located in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Successful applicants must be available to start work as early as January 18, 2016, working rotational shift work. Positions to be filled will include at least 2 operators, 1-2 cold room attendants, 3 -4 packers and 1 clean up person.
This is a fast-paced environment in a food processing plant. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Possess a minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education;
Good hand and eye co-ordination required;
Ability to work shift work, weekends and overtime;
Ability to effectively communicate and work well with others;
A strong commitment to occupational health and safety standards and procedures;
Previous experience in a food processing plant will be considered an asset;
Mechanical aptitude considered an asset.
