This is a full-time position for an experienced and creative individual with a background in marketing and sales with a desire to learn in and from a spiritual community.

In exchange for your time, energy and expertise you will get to participate in Clear Sky’s vibrant awakening community through its Karma Yoga Program. This includes your food & accommodation, regular meditation instruction & practice, training in how to put spirituality into practice in daily life, effective communication, team work and much more.

Role and responsibilities

Create an effective and relevant long term organizational marketing plan with guidance from the Clear Sky Chair and Executive Director
Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement sales & marketing strategies that produce increased revenue and achieve goals.
Provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses
Spearhead the coordination of marketing materials including brochures, pitches and packages
Contribute a strong understanding of social media and utilizes it for publicity and customer conversion
Demonstrate cutting-edge creativity in the production of promotional print materials
Effectively oversee projects from beginning to end
Ensure all materials/projects are produced to specification on time and on budget
Have a solutions oriented approach to problem solving
Expertly juggle a variety of tasks and personalities, showing a high degree of flexibility and agility
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, upbeat attitude, self -reflective and the ability to represent Clear Sky with passion in a professional manner

Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Social Media or Graphic Design with a diverse background in design, copywriting and branding
5-8 years of related experience
Strong attention to detail
Experience meeting with and working with people virtually
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong team player as well as demonstrable leadership experience
Successful project management experience where adherence to milestones, budgets and project goals have all been demonstrated
Ability to navigate through and at times update website
