Customer Experience Coordinator – Cresco – Bedford

Cresco, a leading new home construction, land development, property management, and real estate company located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to report to the Operations Manager.

The Coordinator is the key customer contact with the company and a key member of the Construction team. The Coordinator will have primary responsibility for managing all customer relations, social media activity, home closing inspections, and marketing involvement.

The ideal applicant will have several years’ experience in a fast paced, customer facing business environment. Being a skilled Excel user, will allow you to track, measure, and improve on our satisfaction metrics as well as proactively scheduling, and planning all customer activities.

As a recent graduate you will use your Business, Marketing, and Communications skills on a daily basis.
