Business Integration Manager – TRS Staffing Solutions – Edmonton, AB

TRS Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a talented Business Integration Manager for a position in Edmonton, AB.  You will be working within a leading module assembly and fabrication services company and will be responsible for all commercial and control management functions.

The Business Integration Manager will be the architect of our commercial systems; integrating estimating, scheduling, project controls, finance, and contracts. This position ensures that the necessary processes and procedures are built in order to support clients, owners, and projects with strong reporting and analysis.

Further duties include but are not limited to:

Build the system integration processes in order to capture data points through all transactions from bid to payment.
Act as an ambassador for SMFI in Client and Owner meetings, ensuring commercial aspects and procedural obligations can be fulfilled.
Manage estimating and scheduling to ensure that our bids and baselines are acceptable, achievable, and competitive.
Establish risk mitigation procedures for any commercial impacts.
Ensure that the contractual obligations of contracts and awards are met.
Support change management of construction orders.
Integrate multiple enterprise software programs, to ensure data is driven full-cycle.
Project support for project managers and other groups requiring reporting and progress updates.
Ensure subcontracts are built with consistency and in a stream-lined fashion.
Team Management for various functions and groups.
Enhancement of Project Controls Management, including progress reporting, cost reporting, and forecasts.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a college/university graduate or equivalent combination of technical skills and experience. This individual will be knowledgeable in industrial/modular build programs, commercial contracts, ERP/system program development, cross-functional integration, data progress measurement techniques and financial management.

This individual will be a team player, innovative thinker, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial Business Management, with strong exposure to contracts, project controls, scheduling, estimating, and at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. The candidate must be innovative, have exceptional communication and motivation skills, and advanced skills in ERP systems, SAP preferred, and Microsoft programs.
