Overview
We are looking to add ambitious, personable and passionate Business Development Associate to our growing team. Working from our Toronto office (Yonge & York Mills Rd), we require a highly motivated and disciplined individual. You will work independently to promote, identify and act upon opportunities for the sale of iTMethods products and solutions from self-generated opportunities. You will maintain our core values and high service standards and continue to build on our reputation as an innovative / trusted advisor in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities
Building a sales pipeline in conjunction with marketing campaigns, inbound lead generation, channel programs and etc.
Establishing and strengthen relationships with various key decision makers, e.g. CTO, VP, Executives and etc.
Develop and execute strategies including the creating and managing of business development plans and forecasts
Conduct sales presentations to educate, support and identify opportunities
Using the Salesforce platform to keep track and manage all sales initiatives
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Requirements
3-5 years of Business Development/Sales experience
A passion for technology, marketing and sales
Ability to work independently and plan, organize, schedule and follow through tasks
A history of successful sales achievements that you are proud of
Demonstrated proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
Razor-sharp understanding of the customer buying process and sales cycle
Proven ability to accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenues
Ability to creatively develop out of the box strategies and solutions
