Collision Repair Facility
Job Type: Full Time
Required Experience: Collision centre receptionist or CSR: 1 year
Required Education: Post Secondary Education or equivalent a must
Objectives
To ensure that all customers and prospective clients are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner, superior to the competition
To effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business and written correspondence.
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Body Shop Director.
Responsibilities
Administration and miscellaneous office duties
Assist with phone calls or customer overflow.
Close out repair orders
Cash out customers
Prepare and inspect all Body shop files for accurate posting and payment before pickup
Be willing to work as a back-up or substitute for estimator staff, if necessary.
Other duties may be assigned
Prerequisites
Must possess an understanding of the collision repair industry
Must be able to:
Read and understand a repair estimate or invoice
Consult with insurance personnel if necessary
Communicate with collision repair technicians
Experience with Mitchell, Audatex and Summit would be an asset
Full functional knowledge of (Word, Outlook, Excel), etc.
Excellent written and oral skills, communicating with clients and vendors both verbally and in emails. (MUST possess the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently).
Attention to detail is required and multi-tasking.
