Our Shaw Brick division is currently looking for a Territory Account Manager for Moncton, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will be an aggressive, driven relationship builder who can work well with contractors and present well in a business environment. We are looking for a person who takes initiative and ownership, has exceptional customer focus and a strong ability to developing new leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.
As an integral part of our sales team the Territory Account Manager will be responsible for:
Selling Shaw Brick products through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas
Reaching business targets through relationship building, excellent telephone sales, outside sales and communications skills
Developing revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
University or College degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in territory sales
Extensive knowledge/experience in the industry
Competency in Lotus Notes, Sales Management Systems and Microsoft Office or equivalent
Bilingual (English /French verbal and written skills)
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the following areas:
Organizing sales calls and schedules
Detailed reporting
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Developing new sales leads and new accounts
Eagerness for contributing beyond immediate duties and getting the job done
Resilient and able to move forward from setbacks
