We are searching for a Senior Property Accountant in a full-time, permanent position to oversee the third party property accounting on a large portfolio. Are you an experienced property accountant looking for a new challenge?  Do you enjoy real estate accounting but are getting bored of the repetition?  Here’s a unique opportunity for you.  You will become the go-to person on all things property accounting related and will eventually become a trainer on our accounting system. You will oversee the property accounting on a large portfolio across the country and interact with third party accountants daily.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property accounting experience for commercial assets and preferable for residential assets as well.   Equally as important, you will be well organized, able to work in a multi-company environment and be excited about undertaking this new challenge and sharing your expertise with others.  Some travel may be expected occasionally. Experience with MRI is an asset.
