Working with a successful and growing Real Estate firm you will be operating amongst a vibrant group of business professionals. You will thrive with a variety of challenging tasks and take charge of a highly lucrative investment portfolio.

What does success look like?

Oversea a portfolio of retail, industrial and office properties in Edmonton
Prepare managerial reports and monthly financial statements
Analyze property’s income and expenses
Processing billing/invoicing
Resolve Accounts Receivable issues
Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting and analysis
Perform year-end adjustments on costing and realty taxes

The company will expect from you:

Diploma in Accounting
3+ years of relevant commercial property accounting experience
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Task Orientated, detailed organization skills and the ability to prioritize
