Job Description:
To assist Accounting & Competition Manager with member services including event, course and camp registration and administration. Frontline contact for all membership inquires by phone, email and fax. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the AOA Office. Greet, assist and/or direct athletes/coaches, visitors and the general public. Assist with other projects as assigned.
Alpine Ontario Alpin (AOA) is a Not-for-Profit Provincial Sport organization promoting the development of recreational and competitive ski racing in Ontario. We have over 30,000 members, including athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, officials, and partner. Alpine Ontario Alpin offers programs for skiers at all ages and abilities; programs include Alpine Skiing, Para Skiing and Skier Cross.
Job Requirements:
Ability to ski/snowboard is not required but an asset.
Drivers licence & car, knowledge of ski industry and racing also assets.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced office environment, commitment to delivering great customer service and excellent knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.) and website management packages all assets.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to balance multiple priorities.
