Primary role purpose:
As a member of the Finance team, you will work in a fast paced environment to support the information needs of senior management and public financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Finance team, you will work in a fast paced environment to support the information needs of senior management and public financial reporting. You will be responsible for recording and processing transactions using the SAP system, preparing bank reconciliations and other general account analysis and reconciliations as required using Excel. In addition, you will compile working papers for the month end and audit files, assist the senior accounting staff in the completion of various reports and working papers and carry out other duties required to complete month end process.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Your professional profile consists of a minimum of a 3 year Business Administration diploma with a concentration in accounting. This will be supplemented by a minimum of 1-year accounting related work experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, and experience working with SAP would be considered a strong asset.
