We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to assist in everyday human resource tasks. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization located in Old Montreal.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing balance sheets, financial information and stock performance
Interpreting data concerning price, yield, stability, and future trends of investments
Recommending investment timing and buy-and-sell orders
Conducting detailed portfolio analysis and preparing reports
Summarizing data describing trends in investment risks
Analyzing financial information relating to specific companies
Keeping up to date with market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect the markets
Monitoring financial news

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related field
One year of experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Solid mathematical aptitude
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
