Located adjacent to downtown Victoria, Esquimalt is a residential community (population 17,000) with extensive amenities including beautiful parks and beaches, scenic waterfront walkways as well as modern recreational facilities, schools and commercial services.

The Financial Services Department is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time regular Finance Clerk II – Payroll position.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Financial Services, the ideal candidate will have achieved their Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certification and possess a minimum of two years related experience.  Other preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Canadian Payroll and a high level of proficiency creating and manipulating spreadsheets.
