Job Description:  Experienced Bookkeeper (Fulltime)

This position is ideally suited to a career driven candidate looking for a long-term company to grow in.

Responsibility

Ability to set up and maintain computerized Accounting Systems
A/P, A/R, J/E, G/L, Payroll, Financial Statements
Detail oriented with a focus on efficiency and maintaining an organized workflow
Analysis of variances
Communication with Client

Qualifications

Energetic, enthusiastic and a team player
Dependable, flexible and can demonstrate initiative
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Quickbooks, and Sage 50
Experience in Caseware and Profile programs will be considered an asset
