The Municipality of Sanikiluaq is seeking qualified applications for the position of Director of Finance.

The position includes excellent remuneration and benefits package based on qualifications, including an annual Northern Allowance of $20,000.00, annual vacation travel assistance, pension, relocation in and out and subsidized housing.

Qualifications

Minimum five years experience supervising and managing financial staff
Three years experience developing and monitoring budgets and preparing financial reports
Knowledge and work experience with all aspects of accounting software e.g. AccPac or Simply Accounting
Experience in the use of business software particularly Microsoft Office
